Todd C. Hein

Over the years, Todd has assisted many individuals, as well as small, medium and large companies. With strong interpersonal skills, Todd prides himself on connecting with clients for a relationship of strength. Having significant experience to draw upon, Todd is committed to providing clients with insightful and reasoned advice, empowering clients to make informed decisions.

Practical in his approach to litigation, Todd strategically plans cost-effective but fair ways of resolving matters for all of his clients. Serving his clients’ interests, Todd looks closely for opportunities for resolution, and has successfully mediated dozens of cases. For cases that do not resolved amiably, Todd has the experience to take his clients’ matters to court, including trial, with confidence, and he has appeared at all levels of Ontario Courts, including the Superior Court, the Divisional Court, and the Court of Appeal.

Outside of the office, Todd enjoys skiing, golf and running, as well as participating in different community and charitable endeavours.
