Bio
Nadine Esaid is an Associate at Boardwalk Law, dual-qualified as a Barrister & Solicitor with the Law Society of Ontario and as a Solicitor of England and Wales.
Before joining Boardwalk Law in October 2025, Nadine worked at a London (England) law firm for three years. Her practice as a Solicitor was in Civil and Property Litigation, with a particular focus on Estate Litigation. She advised clients on making claims for financial support from a deceased’s estate, as well as on estate administration disputes, claims against executors and personal representatives, disputes relating to obtaining a Grant of Probate, and claims challenging the validity of wills.
She earned her LL.B. from Middlesex University and completed the Legal Practice Course (LPC) at The University of Law. During her articling period in London, Nadine gained broad experience across Landlord and Tenant, Corporate and Commercial, Private Client, and Litigation, enabling her to bring a pragmatic, commercially aware perspective to complex disputes. She is a student member of the Association of Contentious Trust and Probate Specialists (ACTAPS) – a recognized mark of expertise in contentious wills, trusts, and probate work.
Nadine’s approach combines empathy with clear, strategic guidance, ensuring that every client feels informed and supported throughout the process. With her legal background in the UK and a solution-oriented personality, Nadine brings a global perspective and relentless dedication to achieving the best outcomes for her clients. Outside of work, Nadine enjoys travelling and ticking off new places around the globe, getting immersed in a good book and chasing scenic hiking trails.
