Bio
David is a litigation lawyer at the firm, practicing in the areas of commercial and civil litigation, product liability, estate litigation, and employment law. Prior to becoming a lawyer, David had a management career in the large scale manufacturing and distribution industry where he gained extensive experience in contract drafting and negotiation including collective agreements (management side) and various commercial agreements. David’s business acumen gives him a practical perspective to his clients’ legal issues.
David graduated from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2009 and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2010. David has argued successfully before the Superior Court, Divisional Court and the Ontario Court of Appeal. He has also appeared at the Human Rights Tribunal and Ontario Labour Relations Board.
Outside of work, David enjoys spending time outdoors canoeing, skiing and fishing with his family, as well as training and trialling his Small Munsterlander “Cooper”. He is also involved in the restoration of Atlantic Salmon to the Credit River.
